There was no sense of urgency, we had deadlines to meet and errors in underwriting didn't seem to warrant front of the line responses. Meaning, we didn't get priority when the error wasn't ours. Awful experience.
Jenny and Team are fast to respond, great communication every step of the way and made my first transaction there a smooth and timely success!
Although the Kind system can be a bit glitchy...it is easy to use and at the end of the day...hands down the team has been AMAZING which easily overcomes glitches. We will continue to work at a high level Jenny and her team.
