The staff was super great to work with. Felt like we were all on the same team.
I have enjoyed how helpful everyone is, the make sense underwriting and ability to talk with the underwriter or staff to get questions answered.
This was my first loan with Kind lending and it was seamless. The entire staff was very professional, great communication skills and the turn times were fast, fast! Good job
Exceeded expectations and closed faster than expected and with few conditions and no delays. Should have locked for 15 days vs 30 lol.
