Not being informed at the last minute the income calculation originally approved, being thrown out by an underwriter unfamiliar with the file

I wish that the operations team was more geared to PST. Maybe I have had bad luck, but it seems whenever there is a hiccup that needs to be resolved.... trying to get it resolved by 12PM is already too late. It's pushed to next business day...
