Jennifer was always available and worked very quickly - essential when you need things to move fast when you found the house you want.
Having just relocated from Chicago to the Richmond area, Jennifer was more than willing to explain the different loan options I was qualified for and she was more than patient with me when I had a list of questions.
Better communication, kept asking for information after it was already submitted. No explanation of what was going on.
