Jennifer and her team were amazing partners for a successful transaction. It was an FHA loan, but there were no delays and we were able to close ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Guild Mortgage!

I've worked with Jennifer before on my original loan. I loved her then and I knew immediately I would use her again....even though I recd 20day from other lenders... I stayed with what I know would be a good experience . I have and continue...

Closing was three weeks past contract date - even if some of the delay was unavoidable better communication would have made a difference - sellers were close to cancelling the contract and putting back on the market.
