Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. We appreciated her every step of the way
I loved Jen's Tuesday touch base calls. It's nice to have a lender keep you updated, rather than the agent having to hunt the lender down. This was the smoothest FHA/CHFA loan I have done.
Jennifer communicated in a clear manner the step by step process to which we felt taken care of as a client. She had delightful personality and was always open to questions.
