good service, everyone very friendly.
processing team had difficulty with conditions being reviewed. had several occasions where an item was cleared, file was reviewed and condition added back on. Was frustrating to get file to CTC
Jeff and the team are great, really easy to work with and always there when you have a question or concern.
This was my first loan submission with JMAC and Jeff and Sara were great to work with and very helpful. We had a last minute closing issue and the team was able to get everything escalated and addressed in time for closing.
Jeffery is very knowledgeable and helpful. They work as a team and communicate well. We closed within 20 days.

The Funder did a great job of jumping in and helping us save the deal, after the Underwriter put us in a terrible position. You guys make deals so hard to close that I would leave this business if this is how it went with all lenders.
