    It seemed that the minute we were told we were finished giving info more was required. The notary lady had to come to the house three times and each time called to say she would be late, which was usually two to three hours.

    Jeff was extremely responsive and the initial process was very quick. The underwriting/closing portion took longer than expected, but overall everything went very smooth.
