It was a very long process. We understand the logistics of everything but it took 9 months and 1 day to get everything finalized.

Initially the original New American Funding rep gave me a Refi when I requested a HELOC. I was then able to contact Jeffrey who put me in touch with the right people, keep things moving, respond to underwriting questions and get the HELOC approved...

Everyone that worked we me were knowledgeable and patient. They always answered my questions and kept me informed. This was greatly appreciated since I’m a first time homebuyer and I inherited the property.
Communication was great, and a painless process
