    We had some outline expectations that were not fulfilled and we were not aware about it until the closing paper works were emailed to us. Yes, it was an okay experience but Jeff was a great guy to work with throughout the whole process.

    Excellent communication from the outset and a much easier process than I anticipated. I was amazed with how quickly it went from start to finish! Jeff was always reachable and responded immediately when I sent a text or an email.
