    The only negative about the entire process, was the amount of paperwork that was required. Providing 62 documents seems quite excessive, and it was very time-consuming to get all these documents together. Every time we thought we were done...

    Great group of people. The only thing I would have liked to be better is more heads up with all the different people sending over paperwork and working with us. There could have been better continuity. But everyone was so great!
