We are first time homebuyers and felt that the Morgan team had the information needed to get us the best deal but the communication (which we feel is very important) was sub-par. We would send emails, call, and leave messages but did not get...

We are first time home buyers and felt Academy had good knowledge of what to do, however, the communication was lacking. It was frustrating not getting a response and made us anxious thinking we may miss a deadline.

Team worked hard to get our mortgage done and on time. Rate was great- and fees were less than all others. Very pleased. Would have like a little faster response to emailed questions- but overall happy. Thanks.
