When giving the details of what my payments would be based off of how much I put down, the numbers didn't coincide with what they eventually became. This was due to not including the fact that the new build's taxes would have tripled.
The communication was excellent. The response and turnaround of documents was was fast and professional. Your loan portal is very efficient and very user friendly. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team!
