Working with Jeff is as ease and smooth
Everything went smooth. The only disappointing thing I experienced was after taking title out of my Trust to refi, I am having to pay to put it back in my Trust. Otherwise, it was a very easy experience.
Jeff was great to work with, he was reachable and easy to talk to. He returned calls and answered questions in a timely manner- overall a great experience.

I think my issue was more about timing. When I submitted the loan app, I was told that my loan should close between 35 and 45 days. I was comfortable with that, but the loan did not progress and I did not get a rate lock till near the end....
