Jeff was professional, responsive, and got us a great mortgage refinance rate. There was some delay in the closing, but Jeff worked to make sure everything happened right and right on schedule.
Jeff explained everything to us in a timely and professional manner. Was always available if we had any questions.
I chose great because you did not offer very good. The beginning of the process went quite well
but ran into some missteps at the closing and finally got them straightened away by following up.
Jeff and his associates worked hard to get my loan in order and bring it to closing.
