Jeff and his team kept me in the loop constantly as my loan application moved through underwriting. The entire process was a painless as any mortgage closing could be. The Embrace team was great.

All questions were answered promptly. We had very good communication either email text or phone everyone knew what was going on to speed up the refiance process
