Always very easy to work with.
Jeanne promptly returns phone calls and emails; has been extremely helpful in resolving issues with underwriters; and keeps us up to date on guidelines, procedures, etc.
That if it weren't for Jeanne's intervention and help, our loans you never receive final approval.
Jeanne tries to get back with me with answers as soon as she can. It is nice to have a go to person! We love Jeanne!
A real asset to your company!
It'd be a shorter list if I listed what I enjoyed least. Because it's be zero.
I enjoyed the fact that the underwriter reached out to me directly regarding the file to ensure that I understood the approval, etc.
We love working with Jeanne. She is always nice and on top of it.
Transaction was smooth from start to finish. I submitted the file on 9/6 and we closed on 9/23. Great job by all.
Jeanne , goes the extra mile for her customers.
