    Jeanne is the best AE. She is so knowledgeable about the products and really goes out of her way to help get the loans completed. If she doesn't know the answer she will always find out and get back with you. Give that girl a raise!

    Jeanne is not afraid to pick up the phone. 99% of the time I can contact her and she responds quickly. The other 1%, she normally gets back to me within 30 minutes.

    I had an underwriting issue at the end of the file, I was able to call the underwriter and resolve the issue very timely and efficiently. Really appreciate when you can get an underwriter on the phone, typically make resolving issues much easier...
