    Jeana was very informative and understanding when I explained the issues I faced with my family delaying my decision to secure a reverse mortgage. On Jeana's behalf, she was patient but persistent and finally I was able to proceed.

    There was some areas that I was not happy with (ie) the appraised value but it wasn't worth the time to reinvent the wheel. They appraised at 7k less than what I paid for it in 12/2007 and the reason was because I hadn't done any remodels....

    There was a quick and accurate response to my questions. My only regret is the repetitive and unusual requests for more data which took an extraordinarily long time. Your bankers should have assembled their want list early and stuck to it....
