    better communication from AAG. Everything was here and there all the timeNo real follow up when needed. Realize ho;idays got in the way but should have been told up front when things were not going to happen.

    to deal with the money people who had more on the ball and then to take more time with the propertys value ,which in my case was the lowest that came in.
