Awesome to work with was great help really got a deal for me
We felt like there wasn't too much communication and as we were not experienced in home buying this was frustrating. We also felt like the loan officer waited until the last minute for things which in turn made us feel a lot of stress.

I can't often take calls during the day and I get bogged down with excessive Emails. Per my request they communicated with me via texts to prompt me on our next steps when I had an Email to review when the appraiser was coming etc.
I liked the videos being sent to me I thought they were very informational.
The Kupka Team is incredible! My wife and I are repeat customers with them and will be again if and when the occasion arises. They make the entire process pain and worry free and their communication is top notch! I highly recommend!
