Jay Vogel was our primary agent and representative - he was outstanding. There were some unusual circumstances to our application and appraisal and he helped navigate around those obstacles in an expert and professional manner.
Everyone at Residential Mortgage Services was very helpful and good at communicating. Also any questions I had got answered right away.
