Jay was always very quick when responding to all questions or concerns we had along the way. He was very helpful throughout the loan process, from start to finish, making sure we were always up to speed with info and updates on the process.

Jay was so incredibly helpful throughout this process. This was my first time purchasing a home, so that meant a lot of ridiculous questions. Jay was always willing to answer them and keep me informed on the steps of the process with his videos....
