This was the second loan we have worked on with Jay. This time we had a marathon seven month ordeal that was constantly held up by the VA. Jay and his team steered us through it and stayed as patient as we did.
Jay made the process clear snd understandable. I knew what my options were and once I decided on the rate etc. the process was quick and efficient. The fact that most of it could be done online was also a huge positive for me.
