Constant information. Never left out in the dark. My only complaint was when I had to work with Zander. He’d ask for the same documents multiple times. But I get it, I guess. It was just very annoying.

The lender and title company communication wasn’t very good. Both sides saying both sides were doing things incorrectly. Took a couple extra days to find out closing. Wasn’t the smoothest transaction for our repeat client.

Kohlton was very communicative and responsive. We had a difficult client duo AND challenges with the title company; he remained positive and professional throughout!
