You guy's were on top of everything from showing me listings to any questions I had in regards to the loan everyone was awesome!

Very happy that we were able to get our home so quickly and how fast we were able to sign papers for our new home. If we ever sell again, we will be financing through Nova homes again.

As I have a unique occupation and was out at sea working during our loan process I was very impressed with Mr. Smith’s ability to help my wife and I get through everything so smoothly.

The start of the whole process there was almost a 2 week delay where we didn't hear anything from the loan officer. We were kind of hanging, we didn't have a lot of time to work with so from then on every step was a time crunch making everything...
