The process was easy, portal clean cut and simple. Closing wasn't as smooth the closer kept moving the closing date eventhough we had date set and never changed it, even on funding date she was going to move it after docs were already signed....

We had a very short timetable. The Kind team jumped through hoops to make it happen Jason, especially, was highly responsive and shepherded the loan through.

Difficult loan but Jason worked even while he was out of the office to make it happen. Underwriting was more challenging.
