AE wasnt very supportive and didn't fight for my clients. We waited almost a week for an appraisal transfer and almost missed the closing date on our other loan. Better communication would be helpful.

There were several errant and/or redundent conditions on initial underwrite, which required more than 1 request to have removed. Being my first loan with Kind I had questions midway through the process and nobody would respond to my first email/request....

Smooth process. Portal was intuitive, and Jason was available to help when I needed it. Underwriting was possibly the smoothest I've had in a long time. Very happy with the process!
