Jason Littig is always available and very attentive to anything we need. I appreciate that in an AE. It's not easy to find. Kind did a great job at all levels of the transaction but in my opinion it starts with the initial contact person.

Jason makes all the difference when using Kind. We have lenders who have better systems and are much quicker wtih their processes, but Jason is so on top of things and really gives me great confidence when using Kind.

Overall, the process was smooth. I had to point a few conditions out to underwriting repeatedly that were already in the file. Communciation though was quick with most everyone invovled.
