At some points, I felt like Jason was hard to contact and I would’ve liked to receive more updates about my loan. Sometimes it was months before I heard from anyone. Otherwise, it was a smooth and seamless process.
Lot of paper work and wanted more documentation after documentation where I had excellent credit and closing charges, which were taking off after I had to check on this before I closed .
Overall was the easiest refinance because I was able to esign everything and if I had any questions, I was able to get ahold of you or someone from your team asap! You guys are great and I will be referring you to anyone else that I know that...
