I really appreciate the team they have there! Everyone was so nice to work with and really helped explain the whole process!
Knowing everything that is needed and when with updates on the status. Uploading documents was also super easy.
Lots of open communication. I feel like I knew what was happening when it was happening. Jason did a zoom call with me and explained the numbers that went into buying a house. I was updated every time my case moved to the next step.
