    Better communication. I expressed several times I did not want the seller to be out of pocket any money at closing. She did not have to come to closing with any money but it was taken out of her money. That was not part of our original deal....

With my kids involved in several activities I get to enjoy coaching football and basketball and watching my girls in dance. I understand busy schedules and important decisions on a personal level and I do believe that has helped me better understand others needs on a professional level.
