It was truly a pleasure working with both of you. Being a Veteran myself it really makes me happy being able to put you both in a better position.
Absolutely wonderful ,Jason was always there for me and even after hours. Professional, friendly and did everything possible to make this process go so smoothly.
It is sometimes difficult to talk with the loan officers directly. My work schedule does not allow me to answer my phone all the time.
As of Embrace my customer service experiance was excellent.
Jason was wonderful to work with, he was quick to respond to any questions I had and thoroughly explained every detailed. He is very honest and straight forward with the whole process.
