We have specialized in these for years. An FHA 203(k) loan or the Fannie Mae Conventional HomeStyle permits home buyers to finance repairs or upgrades into their mortgage. With a renovation loan, home buyers can quickly and easily tap into cash to pay for property repairs or improvements. Such as those identified by a home inspector, HUD consultant, FHA appraiser or the home buyers preferences.
