Stephanie Miles is the Production Assistant and Jeanna Childers is the Loan Processor. We currently are originating Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, USDA, and VA loans. If you have any Down payment assistance needs, we can help with those as well. If you are looking for that wrong house on the right street, a Renovation loan is what you need. We have specialized in these for years. An FHA 203(k) loan or the Fannie Mae Conventional HomeStyle permits home buyers to finance repairs or upgrades into their mortgage. With a renovation loan, home buyers can quickly and easily tap into cash to pay for property repairs or improvements. Such as those identified by a home inspector, HUD consultant, FHA appraiser or the home buyers preferences.
