Jarrod was handed to file from Aimee, the transitions was extremely smooth with great communication.
I was doing my process with one person and then suddenly I received emails from someone else and when I called Nova in Yuma AZ. I didn’t get clear information in the status of my process
Where very helpful on the entire process. Communication was great, was always informed of any changes or loan updates. Very straight forward business and excellent customer service.
