Being assured there would be no problems when switching to NAF. I was well qualifed buyer but kept requesting for more information and 2 hours before closing getting an email requesting more money even after closing cost had already been wired....

Jane's communication throughout this process was consistent and informative .
Very personable, always available, very pleasant & flexible. They explained every step to me and made my first home buying experience everything it SHOULD be .... all the way to the lawyers office!!
