Had a good experience, i felt apart of the team.
The team went the extra mile to underwrite my loan. As a small business owner with many moving parts, it was a tremendous amount of documentation. John worked through each piece to help qualify my loan.
The loan officer should have asked if my income came from a work 401k from the very beginning. Because it does not, it affected how much could be counted as income. They didn’t ask this until 3 days before I was to sign off on my Tucson home....
