Buying a house and using NFM was easy, organized, and fast. All parties communicated details in order for us to close on the house early. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we experienced.
The process went fairly smooth but did require a fair amount of time to submit required documents. The website could use some tweeking to make it more User friendly. In the end, they did close on a short time frame of basically 30 days.
