Everything went smoothly and quickly. There was one hiccup with a water test being required a week before closing that caused a little heartburn, but all in all it was a great experience.
Would have liked to have known about all check list of everything going in as what needed to be done and have them done before the set closing date. So the closing date didn't have to be moved out.becaue a test/inspection failed and needed...
