Was happy that contact was clear and somewhat consistent. Only disruption was timing of appraisal and short notice on necessary compliance issue.
Jamie and Heather know their jobs and they explained what was needed and when. When we couldn’t comply immediately they helped us through it and advising what we could do. They are a great team. They know their jobs.
