Jamie was there to assist when we needed him and showed good product knowledge. Easy to get a hold of and responsive to our calls.
we had trouble with borrower accessing the CD portal at 9:00 at night and he jumped right in and helped us get a resolution for the borrower. He was quick to respond and desiring to help. KUDDOS!
