The extra costs that came with a lack of clarity of the process brought quite a bit of confusion and frustration. The process should include an order with a checklist rather than scrambling at the last second and having close dates move 3 times...

our close date continuously changed, 4 times before actually closing. The we we given different reasons each time. Then before the last closing date we were told we needed to visit the IRS for a tax form receipt bc my husband osmself employed....
