Very easy; great communication.
Jaime is professional, responsive, and eager to help the client. He's extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage product, so he is to guide the client to the right product that works for them.

The entire process was explained in clear detail from pre-approval to the closing - which made the decision to buy a home a lot less stressful!
