James went above and beyond to help us purchase a home, he truly cared about us as a valued customer. He helped us through this loan process while my husband was deployed oversees which didn't make thing easy.
I talked to 2 other banks and they were not as responsive as Academy. Neither one of the followed up on their initial quotes. One was my previous mortgage company.
