James did such a great job. We had a very short contract period and he got it done on time!

The main person that made the whole experience great was Tim Galligan. He made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns on different items or issues. Tim made the process easier than I anticipated it to be. Much Thanks!!

Communication was perfect. Nobody dragged their feet in getting this deal to the table. We did it start to finish in 20 days after an accepted contract. If the city of chicago could return a phone call it would've been done in 17
