The whole team made the process as easy and non stressful as possible. Everything was fully explained, their online process is great, and they were all very courteous.
Rate, service and responsiveness. I was a bit surprised by some of the requested items from the underwriter but recognize that's outside of your team and merely research to ensure borrower has the ability to repay a fairly large loan.
The experience was great because Team JGay , I think was willing to approach the process with humility and seemingly care and concern for their potential customer.
