Challenges getting clear answers on rate lock. My credit was ran twice because my husband's social security number was entered incorrectly by the Movement team. Did not get much guidance on when to lock rate.
James was a great help to finalize my loan process in timely manner. Every steps he had provided a clear explanation for the process.
