James and his team were efficient from start to finish. They always kept me informed and had a nice game plan for how the mortgage process would plat out.
He walked me through each step and his staff was very helpful. I would recommend him and his staff for assistance. The main thing was their patience and follow up. The ability to sign electronically was most helpful.
State Bank made the process of buying a new home easier than I could have imagined. James and the State Bank staff handled the entire process seamlessly. I never once had to worry, as James and the staff kept me updated until closing.
