James always called when things changed and explained them enough that I usually didn't have questions. He even called between changes to let me know what the delays were. He was always very friendly.

I have used James when originally purchased my home 3 years ago. He's stayed in contact letting me know when was the best time for me to refinance my house and the interest rates .
